• Type B - 3 apartments with 1 bedroom, 1 bath (800sf)
• Type B2 - 3 Wheel chair accessible apartments 1 bedroom, 1 bath (820sf)
• Type C - 12 apartments, large corner penthouse 2 bedroom 2 bath (1324sf)
• Type D - 2 Center penthouse 2 bedroom 2 bath (1211sf)
• Type E - 6 Bachelor Apartments (635sf)

NOTE:  Cocagne Place is a 3 storey 56 unit apartment building with 56 underground parking spaces. 

The building is planned to have the following amenities:

1. A large 1200sf water front common room with access to a beautiful beachfront deck.
2. All apartments will have in suite laundry.
3. Elevator and staircase access to upper floors
4. 56 underground heated parking spaces will be available with enclosed storage space
5. Access to approximately 400ft of beach front
6. Grocery, hardware, gas bar, liquor store and marina all within 1 km.   Everything you need is in the town of Cocagne.
7. Cocagne Island only a few minutes by boat.
8. Beautiful Bouctouche only a 10 minute coastal drive north.

The building is planned to be:

1. An Adult building.  Visiting children are permitted.
2. No pets.
3. No smoking inside the building, smoking areas will be planned outside.
4. No Propane/gas barbecues.  Electric barbecues are permitted.
5. No propane fireplaces on the decks.
