What will the pricing be?

The pricing will only be available upon completion of the project.  There are many unpredictable variables that make up what the prices will be, cost of construction, interest rates etc.

How many Apartments will be available?

The break down of the apartments will be as follows:

  • Type A - 30 apartments with 1 bedroom, 1 den (1028sf - 1040sf)
  • Type B - 3 apartments with 1 bedroom, 1 bath (800sf)
  • Type B2 - 3 Wheel chair accessible apartments 1 bedroom, 1 bath (820sf)

The building is planned to have the following amenities:

What do I need to know about the building?

The building is planned to be:

  1. An Adult building.  Visiting children are permitted
  2. No pets
  3. No smoking inside the building, smoking areas will be planned outside
  4. No Propane/gas barbecues.  Electric barbecues are permitted.
  5. No propane fireplaces on the decks
